My First WIP Wednesday

So here they are..in all their sad little glory, one botogan is finished and the other is well on it's way.  These are for my two business partners.  Our company colors are the various shades of blue.

There is no pattern...Rafik and I were in Target and found a knitted hat that worked.  We used various parts of his hand to measure the various sections of the knitted hat.  A full pinkie of 2 x 2 rib (~3") and from the tip of his pointer to the joining point of his thumb of stockinette (~5.25") then k2tog decreases on each row at 5 consistent points.

Next up Rafik's sister-in-laws oh-so-simple (aka quick) stockinette hat with a frou-frou edge.  Romeo, Marlen and the kids are currently living in Dubai so you will see it is very light weight.

If you haven't heard about my attempt to perpetuate Loopy Ewe's Random Acts of Kindness month here is the link on my website with info.  You can make comments through the latest post here on the blog or through the comment form on the Random Acts of Kindness page.  January is the month so start practicing!!!

Lynda, now that you have the camera phone down, let's work on a permanent tape measure in your purse. Hat's look great. Your company should consider a cycling team.
