A Present?
I was looking for the Harmony Guides Volume 4 and saw it priced for $64 on Amazon...a little much for a paperback book that is still in print. So I searched elsewhere and found The Needle Arts Book Shop.
I ordered three books..she was back ordered on one AND the shop was closed due to very bad weather for a day or two (she's somewhere in Canada) but she let me know both of these things very promptly.
I ordered them shipped USPS so with the delays I expected at least a month before I had these items in my grubby hands.
My initial order was placed on late Feb 6th and they arrived on Feb 20th...and oh how wonderfully they arrived!

and a thank you note with bonus gift markers in three sizes!
A free pattern....
and "From the Library of" Stickers for each book...
Even the receipt was wonderful! A poem!
And my new books! I now have all the knitting guides
Moral of the story: Once again buying from a Mom and Pop shop has been a wonderful experience...one I will repeat with Needle Arts Book Shop!

Amen. This is a really sweet story. I find most of the Mom and Pop folks I do business with online are just this caring.
