Almond Chicken Salad

Yes...I'm on a diet.  I'm eating this for lunch as I type.  I used regular versions of everything...not low sodium chicken or low fat Miracle Whip.  The pineapple is packed in 100% juice.  If you do use the 'diet' versions of any ingredients be sure to make the changes to the components below.  This does not include the lettuce.

This makes 8 cups and a 1 cup serving gives you:

Cal 267                            Fat 16 g
Chol 27 g                         Sodium 476.2 mg
Carbs 17.5 g                   Sugar 11.2 G
Fiber 3.1 g                       Protein 12.5 g
